Yaswanth Narvaneni

Engineering Leader · Enterprise Architect · London, UK

19+ years building platforms at scale — from a digital banking app serving 400M+ customers at Jio to scaling engineering orgs to 100+ engineers across 4 continents. I go by Wizard of Agents because I believe the future of software is agentic, and I'm building the infrastructure to make that happen.

What I Build

  • MCP Gateway — A unified gateway that makes hundreds of MCP servers accessible through two commands: find the right tool, then run it. Semantic search, OAuth, multi-tenant.
  • agent:// Protocol — An IETF-submitted URI scheme (draft-narvaneni-agent-uri) for addressing and discovering AI agents. The missing addressing layer for the agent ecosystem.
  • NoFi Games — An offline-first collection of classic games with infinite replayability. Vibe-coded from concept to deployed in days.

Background

I've been a CTO, Head of Software, and engineering leader across industries that don't let you fake it: banking at Jio (400M+ customers, $2B GMV), edtech at Classplus ($95M raised, 8x revenue to $50M ARR), medical devices at Zedsen (regulatory-compliant cancer diagnostics), and currently fractional CTO for NASDAQ-listed and enterprise clients in London.

Before that, I founded and co-founded gaming companies — one exit at $2.5M, a platform ranked #1 gambling software in Europe. I hold an MS by Research from IIIT Hyderabad where my thesis led to a sub-$100 device deployed across 80,000 schools in India.

How I Work

I build in public and learn by doing. Some projects start as IETF drafts and reference implementations. Others start as “what happens if I vibe code an entire game collection in a weekend.” I use AI extensively in my own workflow — building MCP tooling while using MCP tooling — which gives me a practitioner's perspective on what agents actually need.

Consulting

I help organizations navigate the agentic AI landscape — adopting MCP, building agent infrastructure, designing tool ecosystems, scaling engineering teams, and making the transition from digitized to agentic. If you're building at the intersection of AI and enterprise, I've probably already hit the problems you're about to.

Industries I've shipped in: Banking, FinTech, EdTech, e-Commerce, Gaming, Medical Devices, Real Estate, and Travel.
